This is a character of pale skin, characteristic of the north of Europe (Germany, Denmark, etc) and also of the Nordic countries  (Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland, etc.)

There are two different bump maps for setting the character with body veins or without them. There is a texture (and his bump map) of mutant character with strong red bluish weird veins in half the body and a bionic eye too.

For use with DAZ 3D Michael 1 & 2, Masive Michael and muscle Mike.
